The focus was on making a difference, which is something that Creative Memories consultants often find to be a surprise benefit of our jobs. Not only do we make sales, host workshops, and train people to use our tools and digital software, but we inspire people to do something with their photos, which brings people comfort and allows them to share their photos and albums with their loved ones. Ask any consultant- that is one of the very best parts of the job.
I was thrilled to have Suzy and Michelle, the consultants on my team, joining me. I was additionally proud to see that they each had a "Success Plan Achiever" ribbon on their nametags, because achieving the Success Plan in their first month of business was something that I coached them through.
We were delighted to see one of the consultants from our own unit, Michelle, as she spoke about the new Get-Together format. The Creative Memories Get-Together (also known as a "party") has been revamped to be simpler, more concise, and even more fun. Michelle did a fabulous job with her presentation, and we were all very proud.
Later in the afternoon, my friend and fellow scrapbooker, Noaillese, joined us as a guest. I was happy to have her there and hope that she enjoyed it as much as the rest of us!
