And we were all set for the afternoon! We sat around my backyard and browsed each other's scrapbook albums. We ooh'd and aah'd, laughed, told stories, and shared techniques.

By the time we were done, I felt motivated to start my next project, which just happens to be... (cue scary music).... my wedding album. Ack!
While I'm sad that my summer has ended (I return to my day job - teaching - this week), I think this was a fantastic way to complete a summer that has been filled with scrapbooking events. I hope to make it an annual celebration!
For some reason, I only took pictures of Serena's projects. The last photo is from one of Serena's albums, and the three pictures of the chip board albums (beginning with "Tattoo" and ending with "Easter 2009") were all created by Serena as well. However, all of the albums were fantastic and next year, I will certainly get some more page shots!
Looks like fun! Nice examples of people's work, too. Good luck starting your wedding album! I did a bunch of wedding stuff, then stopped & still have LOTS more stuff to do, but it still sits in boxes and bags. Very sad. Don't be like me! :)
